Our History |
Pride Africa was founded by Jonathan Campaign and became the first company to successfully utilize the group solidarity microfinance approach in East/Southern Africa. The Pride model was designed in Kenya, then replicated throughout Malawi, Tanzania, Uganda and Zambia. Today, it serves over 1m clients. Pride was also the impetus behind the innovative DrumNet platform that provided a digital bridge between agricultural value-chain partners in East Africa. DrumNet was fully commercialized in 2010.
